A conversation series with pioneers and luminaries who are helping others find inner peace.
I wish I’d learned this sooner
A few months ago my dear friend Julie Cairne's, whom I much admire, asked to interview me on the subject of how far I’ve come in my life to find peace. Those of you who have been privy to my struggles - through social media, my books and articles - will understand no matter how difficult my life has been I have not sidestepped the dark side. Therefore, I did not hesitate for a second to say yes to Julie to share my work because:
When I'm asked how I feel about some of the hardships I have been through. I can honestly say, I feel blessed.
I feel blessed that I can empathize with others. I feel blessed that I live in this world of opportunity and creativity. That I live in a country where I am free to choose how I live. That I can decide the life I will live, and I decided not remain in the past: ultimately, I am Love, and through love I have found deep meaning and knowledge in my experiences... and that is why it's important for me to Stand Up for Love and unity in times of hardship and injustice.
Julie understands the search for peace. Her childhood was difficult. Julie grew up in an alcoholic, and abusive home where finding inner peace was an elusive and frail endeavor. After making her way in the world alone Julie became a ‘peace warrior,’ and now shares her knowledge as a Life Mastery & Conscious Creation Coach helping others to live the peace and joy she believes is their birthright.
Throughout her journey and research Julie discovered many professionals working with the same goals. She is now sharing some of the most groundbreaking approaches from the diverse and compelling minds of innovative people who are helping others to recover from the traumas of life.
